- What is your rental fee?
Friday and Sunday $300 and Saturday $600
- How much is the deposit?
$1000 non-refundable
- What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel you will lose the $1000 deposit.
- How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?
5 hours from time of cocktails.
- Is the food catered in or is it done in house?
We do all food in-house except cake.
- Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?
The service charge includes our standard linen, tables, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware.
- Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?
You are not allowed to bring in your own alcohol.
- Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?
We do have a liquor license. We do have a bar package or we can customize one for each bride.
- What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
If it rains, we move all activities inside.
- Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?
The Captains room is reserved for the groom and the wedding party. If the bride wood like to have her hair and makeup we do have a ladies locker room she can get ready in.
- Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
The bride can decorate however she would like. The wall hanging have to stay, but anything on shelves can be moved.
- Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
We do not allow anything taped to the wall.
- Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
Music is up to the bride and groom. We do not have any restrictions, but it must be over by 1:00am.
- Does your venue provide on-site parking?
We do have on-site parking, but not valet.
- Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?
We do not have security.
- Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?
There are a cluster of hotels that are five minutes away off Campus View. We also have a partnership with Embassy Suites in Dublin.
- Is the site handicap accessible?
We do have an elevator to take guest to the second floor.
- What else would you like to say about your venue that I have not asked?
Our ballroom sits on the second floor, with windows overlooking our golf course. The room has wonderful natural lighting and vaulted ceilings. We try to make each wedding as unique as each bride and groom. It is your day, so let us help make it your way.
