- How many people does your wedding venue accommodate?
72 seated, 120 standing
- Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?
Of course!
- What is your rental fee?
Dependent on date, time and season
- How much is the deposit and when is it due?
The rental fee is due once you are ready to book the space and it's price varies.
- What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 90 days of the event you will owe WRB 50% of all costs and fees. 60 days you will owe 75% and 30 days or less you will owe 100% of all costs and fees.
- How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?
The time frame is negotiable to your needs.
- Is the food catered in or is it done in house?
All catering happens in house.
- Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?
Yes
- Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?
No
- Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?

- Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?
No
- Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
Yes of course
- Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
We do not allow confetti or glitter but other than that we are open to almost all decorations.
- Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
No, you are welcome to bring a playlist, DJ or band
- Does your venue provide on-site parking?
While there is parking all around WRB, we do not own our own private lot, so guests would have to pay to park
- Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes
- Does your venue have liability insurance in the event that someone is injured during the event?
Yes
- Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?
Yes
- Do you have a recycling policy?
We recycle everything we can
