- What is your rental fee?

- How much is the deposit?
The non-refundable deposit is half of the total 5 hour reception rental.
- How much is the deposit and when is it due?
5 hour reception, 30 min-1 Hour Ceremony, with a 4.5 hour bar
- What is your cancellation policy?
If the wedding is cancelled due to COVID 19 mandate from the State, we will give you your deposit back in full.
- How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?
6 hours with a 4 hour bar rental
- Is the food catered in or is it done in house?
Catered
- Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?

- Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?

- Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?
Yes, licensed, and per person for 4.5 hours
- What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
Outdoor Ceremony Pavilion Space is heated and has retractable doors and fans for any weather condition.
- Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?
Yes
- Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
Our Staff would be happy to help execute any vision you have in terms of décor.
- Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
Yes
- Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
No restriction on type of music played. However, all outdoor music must cease by 10pm, and the event must end at midnight.
- Does your venue provide on-site parking?
Yes, and cars may be kept overnight without risk of being towed.
- Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?
Bartender, Staff, General Manager and Event Manager will be the eyes and ears of the event and will be present the entire event.
- Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?
Since we are located 5 minutes from Polaris, there are many nearby options.
- Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes, elevator and ramps around the property
- Does your venue have liability insurance in the event that someone is injured during the event?
Yes
- Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?

We now have a brand new, Professional 18 Hole Putting Course, that was completed in August 2021. Want to add an unforgettable and interactive experience for cocktail hour and beyond? Trying reserving the putting course for your guests and have them putt, as they grab an appetizer and drink. The Bridal party is invited as well!
