- How many people does your wedding venue accommodate?
- Grand Ballroom – 300 Guests
- North Pointe Ballroom – 220 Guests
- Edgewater Venue – 200 Guests
- Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?
Yes, we have two outdoor locations and all ballrooms have the capacity to have an in-door ceremony. Our ceremony fee is $1,000 on Saturdays and $500 on Friday or Sundays.
- What is your rental fee?
We do not have a rental fee to have a wedding at Nationwide Hotel. All event spaces are based off a Food & Beverage Minimum.
- How much is the deposit?
We do a signed contract with a $1,000 deposit to secure the date. Then we set the couple up with quarterly deposits up until their wedding.
- What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable
- How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?
You will have time prior for set-up. For reception time we allow (1) hour for ceremony and (5) hours for reception.
- Is the food catered in or is it done in house?
Our Executive Team does a fantastic job with our in-house Catering.
- Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?
We provide Tables, Chairs, Floor Length Linens, Napkins, (3) Votive Candles per Table, Silverware, China and Glassware.
- Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?
It is against our Liquor License for any outside alcohol being brought into the Events Venues. We have a variety of hosted bar packages for you to select from.
- Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?
We have a full liquor license and offer bar packages hosted per person.
- What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
We plan 24 hours priors for inclement weather.
- Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?
Yes we have a Hotel on property and numerous areas near our Event Spaces for Bridal Parties to get ready in.
- Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
During the detail process, you can discuss all set-up needs with your venue coordinator assigned to your wedding.
- Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
We are open to all décor items! The only restrictions is confetti, sparklers, glitter and bird seed.
- Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
All weddings must conclude by midnight. You are more then welcome to have a DJ or Band for your wedding!
- Does your venue provide on-site parking?
Our Hotel & Venue has 700 complimentary parking spots.
- Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?
Yes we have security on premise 24/7.
- Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?
We have a full service hotel on property with 192 guest rooms. Each couple receives a complimentary suite on their wedding night. All of our guest rooms includes our Hot Breakfast Buffet.
- Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes our hotel and venue is handicap accessible.
