La Navona is a 10,000-square-foot space featuring rustic décor, with large sliding barn doors handmade from reclaimed wood, several patio spaces for outdoor celebrations and wedding ceremonies, and a large built-in bar, with cabaret tables made from authentic whiskey barrels.
The name “La Navona” refers to the storied piazza in Rome, Italy, noted for its rich history, stunning architecture and beautiful fountains. It’s a welcoming space where locals and tourists alike gather to celebrate all of life’s occasions—and it’s that same sense of community that inspired the creation of La Navona in Gahanna, Ohio.
Let us show you how we host life’s occasions, elevated.

The ceremony fee allows for 2.5 hours and the reception fee covers up to 5 hours with 4.5 hours for the open bar. You can also add additional reception hours if needed at $250 per hour. - Is the food catered in or is it done in house?
The food is all done in house. The only outside food we allow is your wedding cake. You also have the option to order your wedding cake through La Navona for an additional $3.50 per guest. We have partnered with Sauer Cakes for this wonderful service. - Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?

Unfortunately, no. Our liquor license forbids it. - Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?
We are licensed to provide alcohol such as beer and wine. You also have the option to add liquor. It's an additional $6 per guest to add house liquor to your package. We have several comprehensive rain plans that can be further discussed in detail with your coordinator. - Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?
Yes! La Navona has a private bridal suite (with its own private restroom) and a private groom’s suite (with a pool table, dart board, keg fridge, and flat-screen TV). - Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
The floor plan is flexible! Please ask your coordinator for details about what can and cannot be rearranged within the venue. - Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
We’re not allowed to hang anything from the walls or ceiling due to fire-safety codes, and all candles must be enclosed in glass. Otherwise, the sky’s the limit as far as décor is concerned! - Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
We do not have any restrictions on music, and your DJ is included with our packages! Your reception is five hours (with the option to add extra time), and we allow the reception to last until 2:00 a.m. at the latest. - Does your venue provide on-site parking?
Yes. - Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?
We can absolutely provide security upon request, which would be added to your final invoice. - Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?
There are several local hotels here in Gahanna! We work directly with the Gahanna Convention & Visitors Bureau, which can help you negotiate rates on room blocks, and they also provide free welcome bags for your out-of-town guests staying in the local hotels. We’re also less than 4 miles from the airport, and the beautiful Easton area (with its many hotels) is just one exit farther on I-270. - Is the site handicap accessible?
Absolutely! Our venue is all on one floor, with accessible restrooms. - Does your venue have liability insurance in the event that someone is injured during the event?

La Navona specializes in “all-inclusive” events, which means that all of the venue’s incredible amenities are automatically included: a dedicated wedding coordinator, all of the delicious food that’s made in-house, an open bar with unlimited beer & wine, a champagne toast for all guests, the DJ (really!), all event staff—including all set-up and tear-down—free parking, venue rental for up to 5 hours, gorgeous satin floor-length linens and napkins in more than 80 different color choices, our in-house screens & projectors, our microphones, our state-of-the-art surround-sound system, free WiFi, and so much more.
Our elegantly rustic décor differentiates La Navona from other venues. We feature an entire wall of reclaimed wood in the bar and cocktail space, for example, with gorgeous stone accents. There are similarly stunning design features throughout the space—such as large sliding barn doors, polished marble floors, and hand-blown glass pendant lights in the lobby and foyer. The venue’s built-in character creates the perfect blend of modern elegance and rustic charm. And the outdoor ceremony space is incredible: year-round landscaping, Edison bulbs on 400 feet of patio string lights, an outdoor chandelier, an enormous wrought-iron arbor with wisteria… it’s simply breathtaking.
