The first step is to find out what the brides colors are, they want to know what they like and what the brides vision is. Once that is established they will bring out the swatch binder and go to the website. They use the website has a handy tool to help focus down to the colors and style and they put the wedding together virtually. After the event you put the linens in a duffel bag, zip the bag shut, UPS will be there the next day pick up the duffel bag and back they go to the address on the shipping label. Normally on any given week Connie Duglin Linens will do 40,000 lbs of laundry per day. When it comes to stains they use professional chemicals to remove stains from their linens.
